The work also includes general homestead chores like mowing, weed whacking, shoveling snow, stacking wood, and helping care for chickens. Work hours can be variable and flexible to accommodate tenant’s schedule.
Plowing, water/sewer, internet and one parking spot are included; electric is not. Rent is $1200/month for a hard worker with a quiet lifestyle, reliability and good communication skills. Payment for hours worked reduces the rent.
Sharing the harvest can be a tasty bonus!
