Description: The apartment is fully furnished. It is the upstairs of owner’s house and consists of a bedroom, living-dining-kitchen area, alcove. The bathroom (reserved for the apartment) is downstairs at the bottom of the stairs leading to the apartment. The house is part of the MorningSun mindfulness community and there are some expectations because of this, such as being substance-free.
The apartment has features of a house-share in that the entryway, laundry, and a storage area are shared with owner. There is parking for only one car for the renter in the driveway for the house. The rental agreement must be month to month, at least for the first few months, to establish compatibility. One cat is allowed.
