The house is was built in 1900 and has some of the old charm still in tact, like beautiful wood floors and tin ceilings.  

This is an alcohol and drug free house.  There is also no television.  

I am a musician, so there is music being played live in the house sometimes, but most of the time it is a quiet and peaceful place - good for creative endeavors and meditation.   Respect, Privacy, and Open-Honest communication are the norm here. 

The home is located right between down town and Robin Hood park (just off Roxbury St.).  There are many good walks and bike rides available right from the house.  

There is space to park one car.  

I don't accept pets, but I am open to making an exception.
