Theses and dissertations
Apresentamos o resultado do levantamento das dissertações e teses brasileiras na temática de Modelagem da Informação da Construção (BIM) inspirado em estudos similares anteriormente realizados (CHECCUCCI, 2019; CHECCUCCI; PEREIRA; AMORIM, 2013; MACHADO; RUSCHEL; SCHEER, 2017). Este levantamento dissemina conhecimento gerado por pesquisas realizadas. É também possível auxiliar no direcionamento de pesquisas futuras, pois ao se congregar todos estudos científicos brasileiros sobre BIM, em um único local, viabilizamos análises de lacunas ou demandas por continuidade de estudos.
Utilizou-se como base de consulta o Catálogo de Teses e Dissertações da CAPES. A busca foi balizada pelos termos: Building Information Modelling, Modelagem da Informação da Construção e BIM, em quatro grandes áreas de conhecimento (ciências exatas e da terra, ciências sociais aplicadas; engenharia e multidisciplinar) e em oito áreas específicas (administração pública; arquitetura e urbanismo; construção civil; engenharia civil; engenharia de produção; engenharia, tecnologia e gestão; sociais e humanidades e, tecnologia de arquitetura e urbanismo). O período da busca foi de 2013 a 2020.
A planilha online (Airtable) com o resultado deste levantamento está organizada com os seguintes campos:
TIPO: podendo ser tese ou dissertação;
AUTOR: nome completo do autor em letras maiúsculas;
TÍTULO: título do trabalho acadêmico;
ANO: ano da defesa;
UNIVERSIDADE: Instituição de Ensino Superior;
LINK: url para o repositório da IES ou para o site SUCUPIRA da CAPES, em que é possível obter o trabalho completo ou a ficha de catalogação do mesmo;
RELACIONADO À EDUCAÇÃO E ENSINO?: SIM, quando o trabalho é sobre ensino de BIM e NÃO quando é sobre BIM sem relação ao ensino;

We present the result of the survey of Brazilian dissertations and theses on the topic of Building Information Modeling (BIM) inspired by similar studies previously carried out (CHECCUCCI, 2019; CHECCUCCI; PEREIRA; AMORIN, 2013; MACHADO; RUSCHEL; SCHEER, 2017). This survey disseminates knowledge generated by existing research. It is also possible to help guide future research, because by bringing together all Brazilian scientific studies on BIM in a single place, we enable an analysis of gaps or demands for continuity of studies.
The CAPES Catalog of Theses and Dissertations was used as a reference base. The search was based on the terms: Building Information Modeling, Building Information Modeling and BIM, in four major areas of knowledge (exact and earth sciences, applied social sciences; engineering and multidisciplinary) and in eight specific areas (public administration; architecture and urbanism; civil construction; civil engineering; production engineering; engineering, technology and management; social and humanities and, technology, architecture and urbanism). The search period was from 2013 to 2020.
The online spreadsheet with the result of this survey is organized with the following fields:
TYPE: can be thesis or dissertation;
AUTHOR: full name of the author in capital letters;
TITLE: title of academic work;
YEAR: year of defense;
UNIVERSITY: Higher Education Institution;
LINK: url to the IES repository or to the CAPES SUCUPIRA website where it is possible to obtain the complete work or its cataloguing form;
RELATED TO EDUCATION AND TEACHING?: YES, when the work is about teaching BIM and NO when it is about BIM unrelated to teaching;
