The Academy of Goal Achievers (TOAGA)
will be providing 50 seniors with care packages
to prepare for college, trade, or vocational schools.
Seniors must complete the following form by
May 25, 2022
if they would like to receive a package:

***On the day of pick up, Seniors must present a school acceptance letter to receive the package
(letter, email, photocopy- all accepted).
