Shanting's Ideation

Artwork Title: Nostalgia's Quiz

In this interactive magazine, the audience get's to partake in a quiz. Their yes or no answer to the first question dictates the interaction they receive: either getting a call from a victorious pear phone or an old classic flip phone that asks them the next question. After their answers to those questions, they have to take the camera and take a selfie of themselves to receive the question, printed in Polaroid style with their photo as the background. Finally, they reach the result which is four iPods, each will play different music based on the result.

The logic equation below is based on an example quiz question that asks "Which Big Time Rush member is your perfect match?"

However, I plan to replace that with a more non-sensical, whimsical topic — making the commentary that although I placed a good amount of importance on these questions before when I was young, now looking back, they're actually pretty useless, just a fun, meaningless game / fantasy.

E.g.:

Additional logic:

If F pressed ^ Q1 "yes" pressed-> ask question again

If P pressed ^ Q1 "no" pressed-> ask question again

If both P, C, and F pressed -> all ipods start playing & light up

If only C pressed (followed instructions) -> only one ipod plays

If (P XOR F) pressed AND C pressed -> ipod light up only
