We've created a straightforward "What Did I Learn?" form for you to review and reflect on the key points. Here's how it works:

• Review the List: There's a list of important topics from the training. Please check the boxes next to the areas where you feel confident.

• Unsure about Something? No problem. You're welcome to go back to the training material anytime if you need a refresher.

• Complete and Submit: After filling out the form, please submit it. Your responses are valuable and help us improve our training.
