Social Work

As your School Social Worker, I am here to help with needs concerning housing, transportation, financial hardships, and other issues that may arise. I also help parents gain access to needed resources/assistance and address any concerns anyone may have regarding any student(s). Helping students and their families is my niche and passion!

My service and how I can help! 

• Connect families with community resources and assistance. 

• Assist with ensuring medical, educational, and psychological needs are meet. 

• Keep open lines of communication with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student concerns. 

• Complete home visits to address school-related needs/concerns. 

• Respond to mental health crisis to de-escalate or assess students. 

• Assist parents and families in school-related meetings (ie: Attendance meetings)
