8th Grade IGPs

Individual Graduation Plans

IGPs are designed to guide students toward their education, career and employment goals.  The IGP essentially outlines the core academic and elective classes needed for graduation.

Beginning in 8th grade, all students will develop an IGP that will not only include general graduation requirements, but also course work related to their chosen career cluster.  These plans are flexible and can change based on the student's aspirations, abilities and interests.  The IGP's are reviewed annually through high school with students and parents.

Your school counselors will schedule individual IGP meeting with every 8th grade student.
