Take 3 deep breaths.
Look for 5 things around the room that are blue.
Find a way to let your energy out in safe way...run, jump, etc.!
Tell your trusted adult what you need.
If you are in the blue zone, try to:
Talk to a trusted friend or adult.
Remind yourself that all feelings are okay to feel.
Feelings come and go.
Think of 3 things you like to do.
Name 4 things you are grateful for.
Is my behavior expected or unexpected?
What kinds of thoughts and feelings are other people having about my choices? Good or uncomfortable?
