Expected outputs

1. 30 farmers supported to promote and increase cassava production in Ganze, Bamba, and Vitengeni locations

2. Community awareness campaigns to promote cassava as one of the household staple food, farming techniques, and value addition

3. Diversification of and farming of drought resistance crops (intercropping – cowpeas, green grams, and sorghum ) to enhance nutritional values and habits amongst the community

4. Improved agriculture infrastructure to increase production and yields per acreage.

5. 35 rainy water harvesting techniques established to provide clean water for human consumption and farming purposes targeting household and locational level (strategic spots)

6. Youth/farmers supported with tools and equipment for value addition

7. Training on value addition, business enterprise development training.
