You are ready to share your PechaKucha presentations with the class. This week, you will have the opportunity to show what you have learned and practiced throughout the project.

As you present, remember to:

• Follow the PechaKucha timing

• Speak clearly and confidently

• Organize your ideas in a clear sequence

• Use images that support your story

• Keep your slides simple and visual

• Be prepared and practice your presentation

• Share your ideas using your own words

I will be using the PechaKucha Rubric to assess your presentation. The rubric will help you understand what I will be looking for, including your timing, slide design, organization, and presentation skills.

Remember: Your slides support your story—the focus is on YOU sharing your ideas! 🎤

• Keep their slides simple and visual

• Practice speaking confidently

• Follow the PechaKucha timing

• Speak clearly and at the right pace

• Practice transitioning from one slide to the next

Remember, your slides are there to support what you are saying—they should not be filled with lots of text!

The more you practice, the more confident you will feel. Keep practicing, and get ready to share your ideas!

This short week, you’ll have time to finish any pending assignments and get caught up. Let’s use this time wisely and do our best! 

This week, students will be creating an “All About Me” project! They will have the opportunity to share fun facts about themselves while getting creative with their project.

Students will practice their word processing skills by:

• Typing and organizing information

• Changing fonts, sizes, and colors

• Adding and formatting pictures

• Using different text formatting tools

• Creating a neat and creative layout

Students will be practicing important computer skills while creating a project that represents who they are! 🌟
