Welcome, NYC Educators! By now you’ve heard the NYC DOE announcement that Amira is available for all K-6 students in New York City! The program is paid for and your students are rostered, so let us formally introduce you to Amira, the first intelligent reading coach! She delivers 1:1 tutoring to every student in English and/or Spanish! Using the power of reading science and artificial intelligence, Amira listens to students as they read aloud and delivers personalized feedback.
