Massimo Poli

Massimo Poli is the Vice-President and General Manager of Colgate Palmolive Mexico, one of the largest subsidiaries of Colgate Palmolive Corporation in the world, with strong presence Oral Care, Personal Care and Home Care Markets.


Before joining Colgate Palmolive Mexico, Massimo was Vice President, Marketing for Latin America Division.


Massimo joined Colgate Palmolive Italy in 1989 and progressed through roles of increasing responsibility in Marketing. In 1998, he moved to Global Business Development, US, and the following year was promoted to Marketing Director, C-P Turkey. Massimo moved to C-P Venezuela in 2002 as Marketing Director and in 2005, he became Marketing Director for the Latin America Division.


Massimo was promoted to General Manager, C-P Dominican Republic in 2007 and then in 2009, Massimo was promoted to Vice President and General Manager, C-P Nordic Group.


In 2011, Massimo led in Europe the acquisition of Sanex Brand and successfully led the integration and growth plans of business.


He then became the Vice President and General Manager, Colgate UK & Ireland in 2014.


Massimo holds a Business Administration degree from Bocconi University, Milan, and a Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors, London.
