The Amala Competencies are broken down into competency goals (success indicators) that can be assessed through evidence. The competencies and their competency goals (success indicators) are outlined in more detail in the Amala Competency Framework.
A student meets the minimum assessment requirements for a competency goal when they demonstrate the completion of a process in context in an attempt to meet the competency related goal.
The assessment is based upon evidence.
Judgements as to whether students have met the minimum requirements for a competency goal are based on evidence.
