Scholarships
A wide variety of scholarships are available to AHS seniors, and while applying takes some time and effort, the potential rewards make it well worth it. I strongly encourage all seniors to take advantage of these opportunities.
To help make the process easier, Ms. Kelly prints and displays local scholarship listings on the wall outside the front office. In addition, all scholarship information is emailed directly to seniors via their school email and is also available at the following link:
Going Merry
Going Merry
In the fall of their senior year, Ms. Kelly will meet with all seniors to go over everything important for their final year of high school—planning for the future, applying to college, registering for tests, and more. Students will also set up a Going Merry account, which is a great resource for finding nationwide scholarship opportunities. In fact, several AHS students have earned scholarships through Going Merry in the past!
