Course Scheduling & Academic Planning

Each spring, Ms. Kelly meets with all students to discuss course scheduling for the upcoming school year.

For incoming freshmen, she presents scheduling and academic information directly to students, coordinates a tour of AHS, and hosts a parent meeting—all within the same week to ensure a smooth transition to high school.

For upperclassmen, individual or small group meetings are held to review course options and provide scheduling guidance. Additionally, a Dual Credit Information Night is hosted in partnership with Weatherford College for students and families who are new to dual credit opportunities.
