The Business Problem
An enterprise IT support team was overwhelmed by a high volume of repetitive Level 2 support requests covering 143 distinct procedures. This resulted in significant employee downtime, inconsistent support quality, and pulled senior IT staff away from mission-critical, complex incidents.
My Solution & The Deliverable
I designed and implemented ZESU, an internal AI chatbot that provides real-time, context-aware verification for complex IT support procedures. The chatbot uses an advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline to securely access and reason over the company's internal knowledge bases and ticketing systems. This allows it to deliver precise, step-by-step guidance for tasks like device configuration and software troubleshooting.
