My Solution & The Deliverable
I developed a full-stack, AI-powered chatbot to serve as an automated HR assistant, providing instant, 24/7 answers to applicant queries. The core of the solution is a decoupled JSON knowledge base, a critical feature that empowers the non-technical HR team to update FAQs themselves without any code changes. This ensures the chatbot remains accurate and can scale effortlessly as the company grows.
