Sextortion

This happens when a person suffers sexual extortion or blackmail through threats to publish intimate or compromising content of theirs. These contents might be in the hands of the blackmailer due to hacking, sending, sexting, or grooming. Usually, the blackmailer threatens to spread the content if they don’t receive something in return: money, more photos, videos, or sexual encounters.
