We will need to make a giant coordinate plane out of butcher paper. We will be going through the work on pg 133, but instead of just having them work through it, list off the points and have students go stand on those points. Discuss the distance between the two students. Write a mathematical sentence to represent each distance. Solve and then check your answer by having one student walk to another counting the units they went as they go.
