It's normal to feel anxious or afraid when something out of the ordinary happens. Here are some tips to help manage your emotions:

Shift your focus away from your worries by doing something fun such as reading a book or playing a game with friends or family.
Find a way to let your worries go. Write your worries down on a piece of paper and then crumple it up and throw it away.
