Phase 3 Goals and Objectives October 2024- August 2025 

Goal 1: Review and complete training on all CDC MMRC efforts and approaches. 

• Objective 1.1 – Finalize contracts and communications. Establish meeting schedules and information sharing. 

• Objective 1.2 – Complete orientation modules and content reviews to inform MMRC planning and designs.

• Objective 1.3 – Engage staff in systems demonstration of MMRIA provided by CDC. 

• Objective 1.4—Travel to regional and national conferences to support the toolkit's design. Attend the MMRIA user meeting in Atlanta, GA, April 1-3, 2025.  

Goal 2: Create a toolkit on topics of grief, loss, trauma, and coping for Tribal MMRC Members and communities.

• Objective 2.1 –Review information, stories, and data from previous work.

• Objective 2.2 – Create toolkit information collected around MMRCs and grief/loss topics.
