Even though we are over a year on from the disaster things have the potential to change quickly. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding that the environment is unpredictable and new developments may affect our scope of work, the pace of work, schedule, and logistics.
Beginning on January 26th, we will implement a rotating schedule consisting of one four day work week, followed by one five day work week. We have found that this type of schedule will better accommodate the communities we are serving by allowing for more working time during the day.
Week of January 26th - 4 day work week
Week of February 2nd - 5 day work week
Week of February 9th - 4 day work week
Week of February 16th - 5 day work week

All Hands & Hearts will observe the following holidays as non working days for the team in North Carolina.
We have confirmed our presence in western North Carolina through at least May 2026. This is a subject to be changed, and there is a possibility of extending even further if there is a need and if we have enough resources and financial capacity. Please support us in ensuring that we can run the program sustainably by setting up a personal fundraising page and reaching out to your friends and family, asking for donations, and advocating for our work.
