R.T.I. Process


Step 1: Student Assistance

If a teacher feels that a student would be eligible for services, the teacher must begin and complete the Alleman R.T.I. process. This step will allow teachers to identify and explain areas of concern as well as show what types of accommodations and/or interventions the teacher has attempted to address the noted concern(s).

Step 2: Student Self-Evaluation

This step will be completed within a week after the Student Assistance form has been completed and filled out. This step will be completed by the student and his/her counselor. Within a week of the Student Self-Evaluation form being completed, the teacher will meet with the student and student's counselor to discuss other accommodations or interventions that should be implemented based on the information collected through step 1 and 2.
