Access to Treatment in an Emergency

In the event of an emergency in which a student's life is in immediate danger, parents should call 9-1-1. Parents may also call Monterey County Behavioral Health’s toll free number 1-888-258-6029, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and talk with a Behavioral Health team member who will provide a brief screening and then connect them to appropriate community resources, or schedule an appointment for a assessment with a therapists.

Child Protective Services

As a reminder, mandated reporters are required, by federal and state law, to report suspected child abuse and neglect to our local child protective agency and/or the local authorities. If you have information regarding the welfare of a minor that may be in danger or exposed to abuse and/or neglect, please continue to take our school’s protocol into action when reporting. Monterey County 2-1-1

2-1-1 Monterey County is a FREE service that connects community members to information about critical health and human services available in their community. 2-1-1 is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 2-1-1 utilizes both bilingual Call Specialists and a phone based translation service to offer 2-1-1 information and referral in over 150 languages. 2-1-1 also provides incident specific information during times of disaster, including road closures and shelters.
