I hope everyone enjoyed a nice summer and found time to relax and rest. The summer has passed rather quickly, but we are excited to see all of our students and their smiling faces walk through the doors on August 28th. Students made tremendous progress last year and we look forward to building on that momentum this school year. We have some new faces this school year who will be joining our team:

Annie Cothren- 2nd Grade

Jessie Wilson- 4th/5th Grade

Amber Deal- 4th/5th Grade

Maggie Watts- Teacher Assistant 

As we move into this school year, a few reminders:

• Fees are $22.00. These will have to be paid prior to students using their device. 

• Breakfast and lunch are free this year. The cafeteria will sell "extras" such as cookies and ice cream. Students MUST have money on their account to purchase these. We will post a price sheet as soon as we have one. 

• If you are picking up students in the afternoon in the car rider line, have your pink car tag visible for the caller to see. This helps ensure the safety of students. 

• Due to the construction project, arrival and dismissal of students will change. Bus riders will be dropped off at the front of the school. To do this, the car line will be stopped to allow the buses through and students to safely enter the building. For afternoon dismissal, bus riders will be dismissed at 3:20 and car riders at 3:25.
