    3. Teach the selected lesson to the team/class.

    4. Begin a student project based on the lesson to showcase at the Expo.

    5. Complete the online application at https://bit.ly/GEMSExpo23App by Friday, January 13, 2023. (Deadline extended)

NOTE: Team projects do not need to be completed before applying to attend.

No Project? No Problem!

To engage more girls this year, teams may apply to attend without completing a student project.

Due to limited space, only teams receiving a notice of acceptance are eligible to attend. Priority will be given to teams with projects during the selection process.

Sponsors of accepted teams will receive funding of $300 to help with preparation and expenses. All sponsors must be LEA employees.
