UAA Educational Talent Search

Program Overview

TRIO Educational Talent Search (ETS) is a federally funded program that identifies and assists individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds who have the potential to succeed in higher education. The program provides academic, career, and financial counseling to its participants and encourages them to graduate from high school and continue on to and complete their postsecondary education.

UAA previously hosted an ETS program, and after 5 years without it we now have it back! ETS will be serving 500 students at West High School, Bartlett High School, and Bettye Davis East High School. Anyone interested in applying should complete an application as soon as possible by filling one out online, or printing a PDF version that can be turned in to the student's counselor.
