Can't get to the gym? Social distancing taking it's toll on you? Just because you can't go out doesn't mean you can't workout.

Physical Activity has lots of benefits such as improved brain health. Moderate to vigorous physical activity has been shown to reduce feelings of anxiety, lower your risk for depression and help you sleep better. Working out regularly can also reduce your risk for cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes and some cancers.
