On Thursday we went on a hike. Guest scientist Matt Cameron came along to help us identify birds and mammal tracks.

This bear track was right next to our camp!
We saw a lot more animals (including 4 frogs!) and tracks. We also collected scat.
Squirrel tracks require a keen eye...
We learned about medicinal plants and acted out some emergency scenerios.
Sometimes, you just gotta relax and enjoy the view...
