Reports and Forms

These are due on the 5th of each month, and they should be completed in your club's MUC. Secretaries should always report on the month prior. Example: On August 5th, secretaries should be reporting on July's activities.

These are due on the 10th of each month. Board members should be reporting on the previous month's activities. These should be filled thoroughly and honestly in order to help the Governor fill out their own report to send to the International level.

This should be submitted as soon as a transaction has occurred so that there is a minimal delay. These are fulfilled as they come in. District Board members should be mindful of their term budgets when requesting a reimbursement.
