ALA is the annual fall leadership retreat for CKI members across the district. Every year, attendees participate in workshops, team-bonding activities, and allot time to choreograph a dance over the short span of one weekend. It is an Alabama District Tradition to choreograph a dance to go with a song of the District Board's choice.
