CWW February 10-13, 2026

• Depart AISJ Tuesday, 10 February (after bus drop off)

• Arrive at AISJ on Friday, 13 February (around 2:45 pm), parents can pick up students or take the bus home

CWW service provider indemnity forms, medication forms, and PowerSchool consent forms will be sent to parents via PowerSchool after the information session.

• December 4 - 6 PM to 7 PM Online - Gr 8 African Insight Ezemvelo CWW Parent Information Session

• December 8 - 6 PM to 7 PM Online - Gr 6 Camp Wildside CWW Parent Information Session

CWW Medication Form - 2025/2026 

Please complete this CWW Medication Form  ONLY IF your child takes medication and will be bringing it on the CWW trip. If you have more than one middle school child, kindly fill out a separate form for each one. This form helps us ensure your child's medical needs are met.
