Menu options are below, if you do not see one that will fit your event, please reach out via email and Chef Chavoya will contact you within 48 hours

Please note that we are a school first and we will do our best to accomodate your catering request but depending on lesson schedule and classes we may not be able to provide services for your date

We offer a variety of catering options.

In house caterings happen at the CTC, we have multiple room options that accommodate parties up to 80 guests during school hours or up to 160 people after school hours, these rooms come at no additional costs but must be booked 60 days in advance

We also can provide caterings for pickup, hot and cold items available depending on the facility your event is being held at.

We are not able to provide students and staff at offsite caterings to work the event
