Documents Required from All Candidates

1. Application Booklet

• Front Page - Must clearly state your Vision for 26.27 term, your name and position applying for

• Executive Summary – One-page summary of your entire application

• Biography – One-page self-introduction

• Questionnaire – Responses to all listed questions (Before answering, include the question or the question number to help understand which question you are providing answers to)

• Blank Paper Challenge – One page to explain  your solution to the biggest  problem/problems faced by the  entity

(Application booklet must be strictly limited to 16 Pages and booklet must be in PDF format when submitting)

(Application design, construct, how you breakdown question/answers and the clarity of your answers will be considered)

(Rename your application as : MCP Application Booklet - Your Name)

2. CV – A single-page CV including your AIESEC journey, other experience, and contact details (Rename as : MCP CV - Your Name)

3. Endorsement Letters – 5 endorsements:

• One from someone you led

• One from someone who led you

• One from a peer you worked with

• One from another AIESEC entity (An endorsement letter from a MC Member of another Entity. Can't be from Georgia or Your Home Entity)

• One from an external (non-AIESEC) person
  (Merge all into a single PDF and Rename as : Endorsement letters - Your Name)

Note: No one on the current MC or LCP can endorse you to avoid a  conflict of Interest

• For international applicants: A letter of clearance from your current AIESEC entity

• Personality Test:  (Take a screenshot of your  test results from the below website, covert  it to a PDF and  Rename as : Personality Test  -  Your  Name)

• Ethics Clearance Letters: ECLs confirming no open ethics investigations for all the roles you have held in each entity/at each capacity

(Merge all ECLs into a single PDF and Rename as : Ethics Clearance Letters - Your Name)

7. Video : A creative video that introduces who you are, your vision and how you plan to achieve your vision in the upcoming term

• Time Limit : Strictly limited to 7 Minutes but No less than 6 Minutes

• Must be uploaded to You Tube as an unlisted video but can view through a provided link

• The link to this video should be provided in a separate PDF Document
