Leadership and You

1. Who are you and why are you applying to be MCP for the 26.27 Term? What does AIESEC mean to you and how do your personal values connect with AIESEC’s purpose?

2. Describe your current AIESEC experience. How do you think other members on the team perceive you as an individual and your performance especially with relation to your understanding of productivity.

3. What are your 3 personal strengths & 3 areas of improvement? How can they support/threaten you in your role as MCP? What is your leadership style? What kind of Leadership do you believe the entity needs for 26.27? 

4. Please point out at least two challenging situations you faced during your journey in AIESEC and the key learning points you have taken from each. Share your thoughts on how these experiences can support you in continuing the 26.27 Legacy.

5. What has been the biggest personal achievement you have attained? How did you build on that achievement to fit into who you are today? 

6. Consider this case scenario - you were caught up between your Vice President and a Local Committee President who obviously got off the wrong foot on a work-related matter; what would be your ideal way of reconciling both parties?

7. What is your understanding and interpretation of the Essence of AIESEC? Share this as an article in not more than 250 words. Avoid using any words from the WHY of AIESEC. What is the role of AIESEC in Georgia to the global network and the Eutope Region?

Entity Plan

1. Make a PESTLE analysis of AIESEC in Georgia. Write out your inferences, stating various projections for the 26.27 term.

2. (A) What will be your ELD focus for the term 26.27? Create a table outlining the ELD focus, the reason for the focus and the action plans for continuity per the focus.

(B) Gather and analyze the past 3 years of accurate data on these products outlined above.  

(C) Present also your main 3 strategies to grow these ELD products.

3. Create an OD model for Georgia, How would you drive rapid growth and sustainability across the entity? Give proper action steps and a strategy that spans beyond your term.

4.  Design a strategy board for each of the goals you plan to achieve in your term as MCP. For each goal, create a major strategy and a fail safe/secondary strategy that can be utilized to ensure your goals are met. Ensure that each strategy carries specific action steps and an estimated timeline for execution. 

AiG 2030

1. Present your detailed year plan for AIESEC in Georgia 26.27 with plans for managing the board of directors. Ensure your plans capture the achievements of 25.26 and how you will build on them.

2. Please highlight the ideal team structure you envision for your term. Give your main reasons for your choice of structure? Ensure that this structure captures a need for expansions.

3. What is your vision for AIESEC in Georgia for the duration 2026-2030. What is/are the innovations you intend to bring to the organization as MCP that foster continuity.

4. What will be your strategy for external relevance in Georgia and Europe.

5. What will be your management approach to managing your MC. What cultures will shape your team and Network management approach? 

6. Which trends and recent happenings across the country do you see shaping the country we live in? How will this affect AiG and the country by 2026?

7. What is your long-term vision for AIESEC in Georgia?
