Dear Future MCP,

If you are reading this, it means something in you believes you are capable of more! more growth, more impact, more responsibility, more courage. And that belief matters.

Applying to be MCP is not just about leading an entity. It is about choosing to carry people’s dreams, to stand firm in uncertainty, and to serve even when it is difficult. This journey will stretch you, humble you, and refine you. There will be moments of doubt; but also moments of deep fulfillment when you realize lives are changing because you chose to step forward.
