It's time to become LCP 27.28 for Moscow Pride
The application process is off!
My vision as LCP is "Bravely stand against the windstorm." For me personally it means be bold in actions and stand for the sustainable future of Moscow Pride together
If you read this message, then you are brave enough to try and dare enough to be. Together being part of leadership body for AIESEC in Moscow, we will come over any change in the world, any problem, any storm around us for the peace and fulfillment of humankind's potential in Russia
Be a part of people who cast curiosity from spark to fire,
Be a part of bright leaders acting with passion,
And never forget who you are
Don’t be afraid to become a true leader. Inspire your team by example, embrace challenges as opportunities, and never stop learning from those around you.
Do it with drive, power and passion!!!
Doubts are normal: "Can I handle this position? Am I the right leader? Will I be able to balance everything?"
These questions have been asked by many AIESECers before you.
The main thing is to understand your true "Why." Why do you want this position? What will you gain and give to your team and committee? This is the foundation that will help you deal with any difficulties and challenges.
And the team leader role is not about endless deadlines, struggles, or doubts. Yes, all of that will be there - but it's precisely for those moments of growth that it's all worth it. This role is about moments filled with meaning, emotions, life lessons, understanding who you are as a person, what your potential is, and what makes you different from others.
So go boldly and proudly forward, bright lions of Moscow Pride!

Hello, dear candidate!
I’m incredibly happy that you’ve decided to take on a higher-level role — it’s a very bold move!
The Marketing Department is the first point of contact with our brand, which is why every action we take shapes how we’re remembered; each team contributes to the growth of the department and AIESEC in Moscow.
Dynamic SMM! It’s up to you how our external audience perceives us and what they associate us with—our social media is the face of our organization.
High-profile PR. Want everyone to know all about us? It’s time to make some noise! A team covering most of our external stakeholders: media partners, external events, bloggers, and the media
The Powerhouse of Universities, UR. Universities are our best friends! And the more of them, the better :) The team is responsible for working with universities, and there’s definitely plenty of room to shine there!
Make SWOT analysis of MKT department for the 25.26 (2nd peak) and 26.27 (1st peak). How can you increase strengths, downplay weaknesses, utilize opportunities, and mitigate threats?
Write a content plan for 1 month for the VK group
What will be the structure of the content plan? Will there be weekly features, for example? Make a content plan for the 2nd week of January, it is worth considering that recruitment has already begun (recruitment of people to the organization, that is, we also work for MXP)
Write a script message for a community chat. The message should contain information about recruitment, what it is and how it can be useful.
How do you want to influence the organization's brand in the city, how do you see the AIESEC brand now? What 3-5 keywords should the audience associate with the organization?
What PR initiatives do you want to implement? Write down three specific initiatives (where it will take place, with which partner, etc.) for February, which will bring applications for recruitment
Make an attraction plan (extra initiatives to attract signups) for the 2nd week of July, keep in mind that recruitment will already begin (recruitment of people to the organization, that is, we also work for MXP)
Why should the media, bloggers and information partners cooperate with us?
Write a script for the first contact with each stakeholder, highlight in it what we offer and what we want to get from cooperation
How do our products (GT, GV, MXP) solve the key "pains" and tasks of the university and university students?
What formats of events at universities provide us with the leads of the highest quality ? Analyze what opportunities we offer now.
Think about how we can turn a one-time participation in the event into a long-term relationship with the university?
Write a script for the first contact with a representative of the university, reveal in it what we offer and what we want to get from cooperation
The university refuses to cooperate with us because they didn't like the event last time, what are you going to do? Cooperation with this university is beneficial to us, there are many students in the areas we need.
