Attach the following documents:
Endorsement letter from a person who led you.
Endorsement letter from a person you led (or a teammate if you don’t have leadership experience).
Application (presentation with answers to all the questions) in your own design in PDF format (any other format will be rejected).
On your Google drive create a folder named NAME_SURNAME_CCP_APPLICATION, load all files into it and open the access, send a link to it with your application.

1. What will be your MOS and KPI’s?
2. Create a Gantt’s chart with main conference preparation and realisation processes.
3. Create a scheme of CCP & CC VP’s & CM & FACI’s communications during preparation and realisation of conference with main types of meetings and their frequency.
4. How will you organise teamwork and how will you manage your team through hard times: write down 5 tools for crisis management that you will use in case of conflicts.
5. Write minimum 3 tasks for each CC VP that they will be responsible for.
Part 2:
Before you do this part, ask for expertise previous CCPs (the contacts of CCPs you can find below)
1.Based on previous experience of organizing conferences SumCo’25 and WinCo’26, write SSC Start, Stop, Continue) analysis.
2.Analyze the budget of previous conferences (use these tools - SumCo’25 budget; WinCoʼ26 budget). Write down 5 positive and 5 negative characteristics of budget. What kind of profit do you want to achieve? What will you do in another way to achieve it? Write 5 tactics.
3.What will you do to make this conference unique? Write at least 5 initiatives.
