LCP is not a position. It's a person who forms the local committee and becomes an example of a leader for the whole generation of AIESEC in Russia. LCP is not just a leader, but a person who forms others mindsets and future decisions for the rest of the life.
The issue is that it's interpretation of the current LCP. Who is the LCP of the next term — only elected person can define

Application package is a Google Drive folder named as "NAME_SURNAME_APPLICATION" with all the necessary materials:

Make sure that the folder is accessible for everyone via the link

The interview with alumni will be in Russian and mostly about you as a leader. Interview with MCP will be in English and functional based
Election process will consists of:

Strategy part
Panel discussion
Motivation part

Who are you? Describe yourself on one slide in any way you want
What are your values and main life milestones that shaped you so far?
What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses? How do they reflect in your leadership style?
What have changed in you since you joined AIESEC?
What is driving you to stay in AIESEC? What are your altruistic and selfish motivations to become a LCP?
Why is AIESEC is relevant in Russia? How do you understand the brand of Unbelievable Russia?
What is the specificity of being a LCP of Moscow Pride in AIESEC in Russia?
Describe the culture of the local committee as it really is, without sugarcoating it. What will you change and what will you continue?
What issues facing the Moscow Pride carry over from one term to the next? How do you see the work to resolve them?
What external trends are influencing the LC in Moscow? How should we respond to them?
Analyse the financial, people and operation state of Moscow Pride for the last 3 years. Insert graphs and make a conclusions
What needs to be accomplished during your term to bring the launch of ICX closer?
Compare the EB team's management from quarter to quarter. What will change in the management of the team and the local committee?
What behaviors are you expecting from EB members of your term?
What team management principles do you see during your term?
Describe an optimistic, realistic, and pessimistic team structure of EB team and explain your choice.
Create a video up to 4 minutes in English introducing you as a person and describing your vision as LCP
Create a visual picture of your vision. Use 16:9 aspect ratio
Create the LCP strategy using the template
Get 2 endorsement letters: from the person you work with and the person who led you (except current LCP). Here is a template for document
Take Assessfirst test. Please attach your test results and your comments on how well the test reflects who you are.
Add slide to application presentation a list of people from whom you took expert opinions.
Take not less than 5 transitions from LCPs of Moscow Pride and not less than 2 transitions from LCPs of other LCs.
Alumni may have a busy schedule. Write them in the first days of the application process
Approach members, teamleaders, and managers to find out about their experience and Moscow Pride current state and needs.

Get extra contacts, tools and other materials during transitions
Approach current and alumni LCPs to learn more about the position and challenge your motivation. Feel free to talk to leaders for other LCs and entities
Stay true to your beliefs and define clearly where do you want to lead Moscow Pride in your term. How will it influence generations after you?
Write specific tactics and avoid abstractions when answering application questions. Make sure that your thoughts are data-based
