How can I plan my path in AIESEC?

This is the main track for AIESEC experience from the beginning in Moscow Pride

Keep in mind that that's not the structure of LC or positions, but the path you can live through.

And that's not the complete list of the experiences you can get in AIESEC overall

We advise getting extra positions to fulfill your AIESEC experience properly

Support Teams

• Global Support Team — any AIESECer

Projects and conferences

• CC team of local conference — anyone from Moscow Pride

• CC team of national conference — anyone with local CC experience or from EB

• CC team of international conference — anyone from EB

• OC team on national level (e.g. YouLead and YouSpeak forums)

Others

• LC recruitment team — anyone from Moscow Pride

• CX manager — anyone from OGX (OGT/OGV) in Moscow Pride

• Full member status in Moscow Pride — anyone from Moscow Pride

• MC managers, steerings — anyone from Executive Board

Can I continue in my current position?

Yes, no doubts. It's called "return experience" or just "return". It's great when you decide to gain experience from the position, but keep in mind, that you may bored by this experience
