oGT – the department for outgoing international internships

Members help with selecting internships and preparing CVs 

for abroad. They also provide support to interns at all stages. 

BD  –  департамент организации форумов. 

Организуют крупные форумы для молодежи и развивают бренд AIESEC среди партнеров

BD – Business Development Department.

This department promotes the AIESEC brand among partners and expands the network of collaborations and partnerships with other organizations.

MKT – департамент развития бренда организации. Тут креативные ребята работают на SMM и PR. Создают контент для соц.сетей, делают мероприятия, а также работают на повышение узнаваемости бренда AIESEC. 

MKT is the brand development department of the organization.

Here, creative guys work on SMM and PR. They create content for social networks, organize events, and also work to increase the recognition of the AIESEC brand. 

EwA  – департамент организации форумов.

Организуют крупные форумы и другие мероприятия для молодежи. Сейчас команды EwA организуют форумы Юлид и РилТолк в Моксве, Санкт-Петербурге, Тюмени и Казани. 

EwA is the forum organization department.

They organize large forums and other events for young people. Currently, EwA teams are organizing the YouLead and RealTalk forums in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Tyumen, and Kazan.

TM  – занимаются набором и развитием людей в Локальном Комитете.

Развивают корпоративную культуру, работают со средой в ЛК и качеством опыта каждого мембера

TM – they are responsible for recruiting and developing people in the Local Committee.

They foster corporate culture, work with the environment in the LC, and ensure the quality of each member’s experience. 

F&L  – отвечают за финансы и легальность организации.

Также составляют договора, следят за бюджетным тулом и выполнения финансовых стандартов.

F&L – are responsible for the organization’s finances and legality.

They also draw up contracts, monitor the budget, and ensure compliance with financial standards 

LCP – президент Локального Комитета.

ЛСП отвечает за менеджмент людей, развитие Локального Комитета в своем городе и представляет его на национальном, региональном и международном уровне.

LCP is the president of the Local Committee.

LCP is responsible for people management, the development of the Local Committee in their city, and represents it at the national, regional, and international levels.
