1. What is your understanding of the role of the Legal and Administrative Manager within the NST team? How do you plan to support local committees in aligning their practices with AIESEC’s internal policies (Compendium, GDPR, internal regulations, etc.) and national laws? What actions would you implement to prevent legal risks within the entity?

2. The diversity of administrative practices across local committees leads to inconsistencies in official documentation. What is your analysis of this situation? What concrete solutions do you propose to create, standardize, and implement official document templates (contracts, meeting minutes, official letters, financial reports, etc.) across the national plenary, and how would you ensure their effective adoption?

3. Design a national integrated project to strengthen legal and administrative discipline within AIESEC in Togo. This project should combine legal awareness and documentation standardization. Your response should include: target audience, main objectives, key components, delivery tools or training methods, and monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. The project must be implementable within a single term.
