What is Post Experience?
Post-Experience refers to the last stage of Customer Flow, after the realization ended. It focuses on maintaining the relationship with the EP, collecting feedback, and ensuring long-term engagement with AIESEC.
It consists of a debrief meeting that the OGX (EP Manager) holds with the EP.
EXPA Statuses: Finished, Completed
What is Debrief Meeting?
A debrief meeting is a meeting that OGX (EP Manager) holds with the EP after they return from their exchange. The goal is to reflect on their experience, gather insights, and guide them toward possible next steps within AIESEC.
Collecting feedback for OGX – to understand how we can improve our processes and support
Collecting feedback for ICX – to evaluate which entities and LCs we should (or shouldn't) collaborate with in the future
Reflecting on the experience and previously set goals – to measure personal and professional growth
Gathering showcasing materials – such as testimonials, photos, or videos from the EP
Filling out surveys – to formally record feedback and close the exchange in our systems
What surveys should EP fill out?
LDA Survey (Leadership Development Assessment) – The goal of every AIESEC exchange is for the EP to develop AIESEC leadership values. The LDA is a survey that measures how much the EP has developed each of the 6 AIESEC values during their experience. The EP fills out the LDA three times – before the exchange, during the exchange, and after the exchange. Filling out this survey is mandatory in order for the EP’s status to change on EXPA (from Approved to Realized, from Realized to Finished, and from Finished to Completed).
Standards Survey – Every exchange AIESEC delivers should be of consistent quality, which is why we have Exchange Standards. In this survey, the EP evaluates how well each of the standards was met during their experience.
NPS (Net Promoter Score) – To evaluate how satisfied the EP was with their exchange, they answer this short survey with 3 questions.
What is the difference between
FI and CO?
When the realization date ends, the EP is automatically marked as Finished (FI) on EXPA. However, to be marked as Completed (CO)—which indicates that the exchange was delivered with high quality—certain conditions must be met:
All mandatory exchange standards must be fulfilled (13)
A maximum of 2 non-mandatory standards can remain unfulfilled (out of 5)
How can I check why my EP is not CO?
If your EP filled out the surveys but their status is still not Completed, you should check which exchange standards were not met. Here’s how you can do this:
How can my EP get their certificate?
After finishing their experience and completing the surveys, EPs can download their certificate confirming their participation in the AIESEC exchange program by logging into their aiesec.org profile.
Tips on getting my EP CO?
✅ Fill out the surveys together with the EP whenever possible.
✅ If the EP filled them out alone, review their answers and discuss any possible misunderstandings about the standards.
✅ Explain the minimum requirements clearly—if met, the EP should answer “yes.”
✅ Remind EPs that they can update their answers if needed.
