JOB PURPOSE
Serve as Microsoft SharePoint Developer. Responsible work related to design, develop, and implement solutions based on MS SharePoint 2010 Product and Technologies. The solutions related to Workflow, Project Management and Enterprise Social Network within agreed Scope of Work for company and its clients.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Main Activities:
Ensure high quality, scalable and extendable SharePoint solutions.
Perform basic support and debugging in test and production environment.
Develop technical specifications based on functional requirements.
Assist in pre-sales activities & Admin Division in proposal development work.
Support solutioning proposal based on 3rd party solutions to customers.
Able to design and develop custom solutions using web parts, feature sets, custom site templates and master page definitions, event handler, application pages and workflows.
Establish and implement solutions based on MS SharePoint Product and Technologies, solutions related to Workflow, Project Management and Enterprise Social Network within agreed scope of work.
Responsible to identify and escalate problems and also develop technical specifications based on functional requirements with the team members and clients.
Analyse technologies, technical processes and/or functions; documenting findings, identifying areas for improvement and creating specifications to implement.
Taking directions from management in implementing solutions and demonstrating implementation success.

MEASURE OF PERFORMANCE (KEY TARGET)
Aim to complete the SharePoint solutions before the agreed due date.
Manhour costs should not be exceed the budget.
SharePoint solutions deliverables are completed within required project schedule and budget.
Meet the 95% reimbursable productivity.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Good first Degree (Upper Second Class) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.
Post-graduate qualification in a related discipline is desirable, although not a pre-requisite.
Required Experienced / Knowledge
Minimum 3 years of technical development experience in SharePoint 2010.
Minimum 2 years demonstrated strong knowledge in object oriented and component based development and service oriented solution design.
1-2 years experience programming in C++, Java or other computer programming languages preferred.
Computer / Other Skills
High computer literacy with Microsoft Office, SharePoint Server or Microsoft Office Development.
Have excellent communication skills and will have hands-on experience working on component based applications in a distributed environment.
