At the turn of the 20th-century, the east African Kingdom of Darfur was under siege by foreign invaders. The brutal conflict had forced droves of innocent people from their homes, giving rise to lawlessness and violence. In the wake of this crisis, an orphaned boy name Um Khuzi would grow up to become one of the most ruthless warlords of his time. Little did he know then, however, just how much time would change his destiny. After committing a particularly heinous act against a group of desperate refugees, Um Khuzi was suddenly ripped from his world by a vengeful demon and now faces eternal damnation. Vowing to regain his freedom, he must either walk the path to redemption or be forever trapped in an unforgiving wasteland.
