When a new gang threatens the residents of the Panyu District of Southern China's largest city, Guangzhou, the people turn to a new and mysterious hero - The American. He may not like it, but he's all that stands in the way of the rising tide of crime in his neighborhood. And so he'll step up to save the day... after he finishes his drink.
The American knows only one form of justice - swift and bloody - and he dishes it out to anyone who has it coming to them. Armed only with his trenchcoat, The American has the bizarre ability to summon any weapon that comes to mind, and he has a wild imagination. All he has to do is reach behind him, think of what he wants, and it appears in his hand, locked and loaded.
