The Dream Team will comprise youths within the AIESEC network with expertise relevant to successfully executing the A2030 Dreaming project. You can call them the Organising Committee; we prefer to call them the Dream Team.
This team is not directly responsible for the creation of the A2030. They manage the projects leading up to the A2030 Dreaming Process at IC Egypt 2024, from promotions and branding of the A2030 Dreaming Project to innovative side events with different stakeholders.

All Dream Team opportunities are volunteer experience with paid stipends.
Good English skills (spoken and written) are preferred; an additional language (Spanish, Arabic, and French) is a plus.
You'll need to present an ethical clearance letter to apply for any Dream Team position.
One (1) per each EY you have belonged/been part of for at least six months.
You'll be able to present an old Ethical Clearance Letter if the letter has at most three months since its emission.
If you can't get your letter on time, please submit a screenshot that shows that you have already requested the letter. You will be asked to regularize the missing documents during your evaluation process. [For this point, you should upload a screenshot of an email as proof of request]
If you have a previous role as part of the global structure or global support teams such as GST, RST, Global Steering Team or CEEDer, you can request the letter to the Global Ethics Subcommittee (find their contact in aies.ec/contacts23)
TIME REQUIRED:
The Dream Team is Agile (minimum 7 hours a day).
Duration:
The experience's duration is six months (March to August 2024). It can be extended if need be.
Volunteer's Stipends:
Lead and Coordinator Roles: 200 CAD per month
Associate: 150 CAD per month

Panel Review: Applicant's Performance will be reviewed by a Panel, and a decision will be made.
Selection: Successful and Unsuccessful applicants will be contacted.
Assists the AIVP in their duties and leads in their absence, supports other committee members as needed.
Leads the development of the conference program, curates session topics, invites speakers, and coordinates session logistics.
Young organizers who contribute ideas for sessions, reach out to potential speakers, and assist with session planning and coordination.
Oversees marketing efforts to promote the conference, manages social media channels, and coordinates outreach campaigns.
