I wanted to portray nature's creatures as they are; neutral tones, working hard to survive, and uniquely themselves. These animals were chosen because they are not considered very pretty, popular, or necessary to most. I was able to integrate myself to there lifestyle by having a hands-off observational photoshoot with them. I entered their natural habitat or their usual environment and photographed them without moving or posing them in anyway. This collection showcases how every creature has its place and its own inner beauty and worth.
